About the Journal
Tattwaloka is a scientific journal published by the Master of Design Study Program, a dialectical media for creation, and critical, creative and innovative studies in the field of design. Prioritising interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approaches that combine design theory and practice with other fields such as technology, education, anthropology, psychology, cultural studies, etc. The Journal's scope includes, but is not limited to, product and industrial design, visual communication and media design, UX/UI Design, social and participatory design, Innovation based on culture and local wisdom, Design and education, Project-based design research, and design for social and environmental change. This journal accepts original research articles, case studies, critical literature reviews, and innovative project reports that contribute to developing design as a transformative discipline.
Published periodically, this journal serves as a publication space for researchers, academics, practitioners, and students involved in cross-disciplinary design studies, both in local, national, and global contexts.
