Abstract

Aban Kitchen is an F&B business in the form of a steak restaurant that is currently under construction. It was established in 2022 in Denpasar City, Bali, and its first restaurant is located at Living World Denpasar Mall. With the growing F&B industry in Denpasar, competition among businesses is becoming increasingly fierce. Therefore, there is a need to establish a strong identity, particularly through Visual Brand Identity. The purpose of this Visual Brand Identity design is to promote and develop the restaurant, as well as enhance brand awareness among the target audience. The process of designing Aban Kitchen's Visual Brand Identity involves conducting interviews and observations, developing visual concepts through brainstorming and moodboards, and carrying out the design process until the stage of creating supporting media or creative materials. The results obtained from this design process include brand identity elements such as logos and patterns. These elements are further applied across various creative media, including menu books, table tents, menu display stands, hanging display menus, aprons, wrapping paper, business cards, employee uniforms, and more. Through these implementations, the unique characteristics and image of Aban Kitchen are effectively communicated.
